I have emailed you several times with no response. Why?
IMPORTANT: If you want to receive replies to questions, support, etc you must allow our email. If you have a spam blocker it may block our responses and you will end up being frustrated because you will think we have not responded. We ALWAYS respond to an email.
How come the toll-free number is only for orders?
service is highly qualified to answers questions or resolve issues. Customer support answers all questions in the order they are received and in a timely fashion.
How do I sign up for your Newsletter?
Sign up for the newsletter on our Herpes Newsletter page. Our newsletter is strictly for informational purposes which offers helpful suggestions and advice. You may un-subscribe at anytime at your own discretion.
Is the “Package Special” all I need to follow your program?
Yes! The “Package Special” includes everything you will need to follow our protocol.
How much DMSO should I use?
DMSO should be used sparingly. A little goes a long way. It should be lightly
patted on the skin and allowed to absorb versus rubbing into the skin like
ordinary lotions/creams. Continued rubbing could cause a slight temporary
irritation at the application site.
What is the shelf life of your products?
B.O.L. has a shelf life of 10 years and all our DMSO products will be good up to
3.5 years.
Should I refrigerate the B.O.L. or DMSO?
No. Room temperature is the best environment for both products.
My DMSO cream leaked when I received it. Is it still good to use?
Yes. DMSO has the ability to expand or contract due to temperature changes. This does not affect it’s efficacy.
Which DMSO product do you recommend as the best?
We always recommend the DMSO cream for the basic 3-day program. We have found the Cream to be the least irritating to the majority. The Roll-On is great for the lip area for cold sores. Both products may be applied to actual outbreak areas.
Is it okay to follow the 3-day program more than once a month?
Yes. If you experience more frequent outbreaks we recommend you follow the 3-day program twice a month.
Can I start the program right away or do I have to wait for the onset of
prodome?
Yes. You may start the program at any point you prefer. We recommend starting even if you are not experiencing prodome or an outbreak.
Can I apply the DMSO longer than the recommended 3 days?
Yes. Our program prevents outbreaks. If DMSO is applied during an active
outbreak it will only speed the healing somewhat. It is most important to apply
during prodome or before an actual outbreak occurs.
Do I only use the B.O.L. for 3 days?
No. You should use the B.O.L. 2-3 times a day and use it every day for optimum results. You may add to water or juice but make sure it is as least 8 ounces per each B.O.L. dosage.
I am in the middle of an outbreak. Can I start with 10 drops of B.O.L.?
No. You need to gradually build up to 10 drops per dosage. You do not want to
detoxify too fast. Start with 2-3 drops per 8 ounces of water or juice and do
this 2-3 times each day. Increase in 1 drop increments every few days.
Can I apply the B.O.L. to my outbreak area?
NO! B.O.L. is never to be applied to the skin. It must always be diluted with
water or juice and ingested. Or with mouth sores you may add a few drops to a
glass of water and swish in mouth several times a day.
If your program is so effective than how come doctors aren't prescribing it and how come it isn't advertised in all the media?
We are a small company. National advertising is very expensive. Our program is all-natural and cannot be patented. It is considered "alternative medicine"
which is not accepted by the mainstream medical profession. Many natural
healthcare providers recommend our program and Kevin Trudeau recommends our program in his national bestseller "Natural Cures."
If I am dissatisfied with your program how do I get a refund?
You simply return all products/containers to us at:
NAOB Distribution Center P.O.Box 835 East Wareham MA 02538. Upon return we will promptly credit your account minus the S&H costs.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes. We ship daily to the UK and have shipped to almost every country in the
world. The only country that may cause a problem on occasion would be South
Africa.
I sent you an e-mail yesterday but have not received a response yet?
Our “Customer Support team” are here to fully support you and want to see you succeed. But due to time constraints and high e-mail traffic we have a 2-4 day turn-around for responses. Please be patient. We answer all questions in the order they are received. Before you e-mail us please read all supplied
materials and refer to this FAQ page. Also the current or archived newsletters
are full of valuable information.
Who is NAOB, Inc.?
We do business under this name to protect your privacy. Nothing regarding herpes is ever stated on your credit card statement. Your credit card statement will show charges made through us as: NAOB, Inc..
How long have you been in business?
We have been doing business for over 9 years with the same web address and
company name. The sampling of testimonials on our website are all TRUE and were unsolicited.
I chose overnight shipping but I did not receive my package the next day?
We do not offer overnight shipping. We offer Express shipping which can take 1-2 days for delivery depending on the destination. You should also take into
consideration that it takes 24-48 hours to process an order. Express shipping
also requires a signature. If you do not want signature required please state
this in the comments box upon ordering.
I live in the U.K. and placed an order through your website but did not receive a tracking number?
Unfortunately, the USPS does not offer tracking or tracking numbers for flat rate envelope packages anywhere outside the U.S.
How do you package your products for shipment?
Due to the nature of our program your privacy is of the utmost priority. All
orders are shipped in plain packaging and the return address is from NAOB, Inc.. We never share your information with anyone at anytime.
I don’t feel secure ordering online. What other ways do you offer to order your products?
We have several options! You may call our answering service via our toll-free
